Use of the 87jl platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:
Age Verification: 87jl employs strict KYC procedures to verify the age and identity of all Players. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all activity on the account will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active registered account on the 87jl platform at any time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 87jl login credentials, including your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 87jl immediately via Live Chat support.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point at the sole discretion of 87jl, Players may be required to provide documentary evidence to verify their identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or SSS ID) and a recent proof of address. 87jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
87jl processes all KYC documents in accordance with the 87jl Privacy Policy. Personal information submitted for verification purposes is handled securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
87jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, and other methods as may be made available from time to time and displayed in your account wallet. All transaction amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account status. Current limits applicable to your account are displayed within the 87jl wallet interface. 87jl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered 87jl account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether belonging to another individual, a business entity, or an unverified payment source — are strictly prohibited. 87jl reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder's own payment instrument.
Player funds deposited into the 87jl wallet are held separately from 87jl's operating funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the ordinary course of platform operations.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players via the 87jl account wallet interface. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is technically not possible, in which case 87jl will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 banking days. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to additional delays during peak periods or where KYC verification is pending.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
Only funds classified as "withdrawable" in your 87jl wallet may be requested for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds remain non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and prize calculations for that game.
All slot, bingo, arcade, and virtual game outcomes on the 87jl platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG system produces results that are statistically independent of previous outcomes, bet amounts, player identity, or any other external factor. 87jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or game error that affects the determination of a game outcome, 87jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings resulting from a demonstrated game malfunction will not be honoured. 87jl's determination regarding malfunctions is final.
Sports betting markets on 87jl are subject to additional sport-specific terms, including rules regarding void bets, postponed events, and settlement of each-way markets. Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 87jl platform:
Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen pending investigation, and winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct forfeited. 87jl reserves the right to report evidence of criminal conduct, including money laundering, to the relevant Philippine authorities.
87jl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 87jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform; (c) KYC verification is outstanding; (d) the account is the subject of a regulatory inquiry or dispute; or (e) 87jl is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their 87jl account at any time by contacting 87jl support via Live Chat. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of an account — whether by 87jl or by the Player — all rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 12, 13, and 16) shall continue to apply after termination.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 87jl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 87jl intellectual property without the express prior written consent of 87jl.
Any unauthorised use of 87jl's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may expose the offending party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 87jl shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service — arising from or in connection with the use of the 87jl platform, even if 87jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
87jl's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
87jl does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay, or that any defect will be corrected. Players acknowledge that online gaming platforms are subject to periodic maintenance, technical issues, and telecommunications disruptions beyond 87jl's reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes 87jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
87jl collects, processes, and stores personal information about Players in accordance with the 87jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. By registering an account on 87jl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
87jl handles all personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data subject to the terms and limitations set out in the Privacy Policy.

87jl reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, 87jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email notification to their registered address or via a platform-wide announcement prior to the revised terms taking effect.
Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or restructuring of sections for readability — may be published without advance notice. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever any change is made, regardless of materiality.
Continued use of the 87jl platform after the publication of revised terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revised terms. Players who do not agree to any revised terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between a Player and 87jl that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the 87jl internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute with 87jl through the official customer support channels in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved promptly without formal proceedings. 87jl operates an internal complaints handling process and aims to respond to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
